What to expect
You'll present your ticket at reception and be shown to your private karaoke room. Using the touch-panel controller on the wall, select your preferred language from options including English, Chinese, and Korean. Search for songs by artist or title, queue them up via the joypad, and sing through a high-quality microphone with adjustable room lighting and tambourine props. Order food and drinks from the touch panel whenever you're ready — they'll be brought to your room. Your two hours include the full set menu (one serving per person) and as many drinks as you'd like from the unlimited menu. When time's up, you'll settle up at reception and leave.
The space is designed for casual enjoyment rather than performance or competition. Song selection is broad but managed through the digital system, so you won't flip through physical books.

Good to know
This suits groups of friends, families with older kids, tourists wanting a quintessential Osaka activity, and anyone interested in casual karaoke without the bar-scene pressure. It's genuinely all-ages — minors get non-alcoholic drinks only, and the environment is clean and supervised. Fair-minded notes: the fixed package may limit you if you want premium alcohol or dishes beyond the set menu. Two hours passes quickly in a group, especially if you're new to the song system. Peak times (evenings and weekends) mean rooms book up fast. The room is wheelchair accessible and strollers are fine, though you'll navigate via stairs to some levels — check accessibility details with staff when you arrive. Included: private room, full song library access, set menu, unlimited drinks, Wi-Fi, multilingual support. Not included: transport to/from the venue (though Namba Station is very close). Group size is private, so you pick your party.
