What to expect
You'll arrive at Lucky Puppy Arcade and receive your 55 tokens. You then move freely between the rows of claw machines and step games, choosing which machines to attempt and how many tokens to spend on each. The machines contain a mix of plushies, collectibles, and kawaii-themed prizes; success depends on claw precision and timing. Any prizes you win can be traded into the arcade's reward system for exclusive upgrades and larger rewards.
You control the pacing entirely — some people work through tokens in 5 minutes, others take up to 90 minutes. There's no guided tour or time pressure; it's self-directed play. When you're done or tokens are exhausted, you exit with any accumulated rewards.

Good to know
This suits anyone who enjoys arcade gaming, claw machines, and collecting quirky prizes — from casual players testing their luck to enthusiasts after specific collectibles. Kids aged around 5+ can play independently; younger children can watch from a pram. The experience requires at least moderate fitness for standing, reaching, and fine motor control to operate machines; however, the venue is entirely wheelchair accessible with accessible surfaces throughout. Practicals: 55 tokens are included; prizes earned through gameplay can be traded for rewards, but ticket-based redemptions are excluded from this package. Group size is unrestricted. Sessions vary widely (5 min to 1.5 hr) depending on skill and token strategy. Peak times may create mild queues at popular machines. Public transport is nearby and wheelchair accessible.
